Our 6-D Process

DEMAND RECEIPT & VERIFICATION
Receipt of demand letter and job requirements from the employer or authorized agent, followed by document verification.

CANDIDATE SOURCING & SCREENING
Sourcing candidates through licensed channels, preliminary interviews, and CV shortlisting based on client requirements.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION & POLICE CLEARANCE
Medical fitness tests and required background verification conducted through approved centers.
04.
AGENCY AUTHORIZATION
Processing of MOFA approval and Wakala authorization as per (country’s) recruitment regulations.
05.
VISA STAMPING & EMBASSY FORMALITIES
Submission of documents for visa stamping through the relevant embassy.
06.
TICKETING & FINAL DEPLOYMENT
Flight booking, deployment approval, and departure of workers as per the confirmed schedule.
